Do I need to connect my YouTube account?
No. You can still paste a transcript and copy the output manually. Connecting YouTube unlocks transcript fetching, analytics, channel memory, and direct push to Studio.
What happens to my data and transcripts?
Transcripts are processed on demand and not used to train anyone’s model. You can delete your workspace and everything tied to it from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click, no email required. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a clip?
A rendered short-form video from the clipping workflow. Pro includes 30 clips per month. Max is unlimited under fair use so one channel cannot exhaust the worker for everyone.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. Just reply to any billing email.
